Terms & Conditions

To enroll for swim lessons, all clients are required to submit the online Terms & Conditions form before their first session. This form provides us with essential legal information needed to begin your lessons!

Terms & Conditions

Enrollment - This Terms & Conditions Form must be signed digitally prior to commencement of lessons. New clients are able to book a one time trial lesson charged at the applicable lesson rate, to be paid prior to commencement of the lesson. - All-Aqua Limited (the “Company”) provides lessons on a term basis, the exact details of which can be located on the (annual calendar) (the “Term”). - Confirmation of continuing enrollment must be given two weeks prior to the end of the current Term (not including half term breaks). - Enrollment is open throughout the year; however, a late Term enrollment fee of CI$25 will be charged upon booking.

Payment Policy - Payment is made on a per Term basis and is due seven days prior to the commencement of the said Term. If payment is not made by this deadline, your space will be forfeited. - Payment plans are available on an ad hoc basis. If a payment plan payment is made late, a late payment fee of CI$50 will be applied thereto. - Lessons missed due to hurricanes, Acts of Nature or exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the Company will not be rescheduled or refunded. However, with prior notice we will be in contact to reschedule lessons accordingly. - Fees are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.

Make-Up / Missed Lessons Policy - Each client on a full Term schedule is entitled to one make-up session to be used only within that Term and will not be transferable to another Term, unless extenuating circumstances apply which will be confirmed by the Company. - 24 hours’ notice is required for the lesson to be eligible for rescheduling via email or text message. Make-up sessions are to be used as credits and have no cash value. - If you have holidays booked, make-up lessons can be planned ahead for the days falling within that Term, within reason. - In instances of medical or family emergencies, it will be at the discretion of the Company to choose to reschedule the lesson if 24 hours’ notice is unable to be provided. - All lessons canceled by the instructor will be rescheduled or given by a substitute instructor. If neither is possible, a credit will be added to your account.

Pool Conditions - Please ensure your pool is well maintained prior to the swimming lessons. We require a minimum water temperature of 76℉, along with the correct pH & chlorine levels. Debris must also be cleared. - If your pool is in an unteachable state, once the instructor arrives or within 24 hours of the lesson, the lesson will not be re-credited. Weather Policy - We swim in the rain. Please ensure that the correct swimming attire (warm wetsuit) is obtained for use during the colder months. - If rain becomes too heavy and starts to jeopardize the lesson, the instructor will decide if it is appropriate to discontinue the lesson and will reschedule accordingly. - We do not swim in lightning conditions. The instructor will track storms and may choose to delay a lesson until the storm has passed. If the conditions change mid-lesson to be unteachable, the remaining time will be added onto another lesson to be agreed with your instructor. - Please wait until you hear from your instructor that a lesson is canceled. If you are not contacted by the instructor, assume that the lesson will be going ahead.

Baby Swim Policy (Up to 2 years) - Cancellation - The Company is aware that babies require more specific weather and pool conditions. If these conditions are not met, at the discretion of the instructor, lessons will be canceled and a credit issued on your account to be used in any Term with a six month expiration date. - If a lesson has progressed to the halfway mark or more, the lesson will be charged at the full rate and will not be re-credited. - Weather - Lessons will be postponed or canceled in instances of inclement weather, to be rescheduled at an agreed time. - If the weather changes mid-lesson, the remaining time will be added onto another lesson to be agreed with your instructor. - Pool Conditions - The ideal pool temperature for babies is 84℉ with the minimum pool temperature to be 76℉ for the lesson to proceed.

Adult Group Swim Policy - Terms will be run in five week increments. The dates of your Term will be confirmed by your instructor. - We have a strict zero cancellation policy due to the shortened Term length in an effort to promote consistency. - Group attendees must all be signed up for the commencement of the Term, additional group members will not be permitted to join an existing group during a Term. - Once the Term has commenced, any group member unable to attend their lesson will not be permitted to send a replacement member in their stead. - If a group member’s attendance becomes too inconsistent and affects the other group members’ progress, they may be removed from the group.
